"Charlie Brown couple ornament"

I ordered the Charlie Brown couple ornament and shipped it to my brother and sister-in-law. They are huge Peanuts fans. The tracking info was nondescript and I basically could not tell if my gift would make it in time for Christmas, but.... it did! They LOVED the ornament, and it came out perfect. Really adorable. I'm glad I ordered it.
That all said, this company definitely needs to work on customer communication and shipping communication. Once you pay them, it's basically a leap of faith. No communication from the company after purchase, and the shipping originates in China, so no real communication there, either.

Ordered item in November. It is January 10 and I still have not received it. Customer service said the shipment was denied and sent back to them for some reason. They are reshipping BUT this was supposed to be a Christmas gift!

Took forever to receive. Amd is the cheapest thing I've ever seen. For the outrageous amount of money I spent. I expected something 3 dimensional. Worst purchase of 2024.
