I ordered a couple's ornament for my wife. It arrived, but after the intended date. I wrapped a photo of it. Once it arrived, my wife was extremely happy with it.

The ornament came and it was really cute, however they messed up the hair color and so it didn’t look like who I wanted it to look like. I tried to reach out to customer service and no one ever got back to me. Would not order again.

"Unfortunately"

Unfortunately, my purchase was never received. The carrier that they use to deliver their products delivered by purchase to the wrong address, which was over a half mile away from the correct address. On top of that, they delivered the package to the doorstep of a Dentist Office in strip mall on a Saturday evening. I have now been tasked with working with the carrier and Homacus to get my purchased refunded. This process has been going on for over 3 weeks now with no end in sight. It would be nice if Homacus took the lead to get this resolved with their carrier, rather than putting that burden on their consumer.

I really loved the look of their products and was excited to give it to my wife, but after this ordeal I have a sour taste in my mouth.
