"Gazebo"

I appreciate that the team worked hard to put up the gazebo. However, in my opinion they are not professionals. They did not have the right tools and did not even have a ladder. They left the boxes in disarray, offered to take it out in our lawn thinking the garbage collector will pick it up without tying them or organizing it for pick-up. They were not able to secure/anchor the gazebo on the pavers of our patio and wanted $1,000 for the additional work that needed to be done which I did not mind but they wanted us to purchase the cement mixer and all other materials needed to complete a task that they should have known cannot be accomplished if they only did their due diligence. Having said that, if you need a gazebo put together, they can do the job (so can anyone who has patience to do it) but they are not professionals.
