You people need to get your act together and stop wasting people’s time. I should get a $50.00 refund because I agreed to $100.00 and was charged $150.00. Absurd to say the least.

"Communication was exceptional…"

Communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. The assemblymen communicated when they would arrive the night before and arrived promptly at said time. It only took 1 day to assemble my 20x12 gazebo on my patio and the finished product could not be any better. Really happy I went with BlueFiks for the work I needed done and would recommend them to anyone in the future. Excited to work with them again to have future projects completed.

"Assembly and installation of Paragon Siena Screen Room"

Dealing with Mani and then Amir and his associate to do the assembly and installation of our Paragon Siena Screen Room was a pleasure. They did a good job and the Screen room came out really great. I have two suggestions to improve the process.
1. It would have been great to have someone come out before assembly to survey the concrete patio to determine the leveling issues that does cause issues with the operation of the screen doors.
2. the base rails and the entire gazebo structure needed some shims to level the best that could be accomplished on the existing patio. The team used wood shims as opposed to plastic or metal shims which would be much more appropriate outdoors.

We are very satisfied overall with BlueFiks and the process in general and happy to recommend their services to others.
