All stages of the process were dealt with in an efficient and professional way. The team were friendly and always able to answer queries and to reassure me at each stage. The regular communication was very useful.

I received a letter stating that I had unclaimed assets and then a couple of days later I was cold called on my mobile (have to wonder where they got my mobile number from). When I took another look at the letter, and the address which was stated (where the assets were supposedly linked to), I have never even heard of the address, and to be honest I had to look on Google to see where the address actually was. I did say to the gentleman that I thought it was spam and obviously when I took another look at the letter, it confirmed it.

After years thinking this was yet another scam, I did some more thorough research and felt reassured. A very genuine, quick and unexpected outcome. Very pleased thank you.

"3 cold contact within 4 days unsolicited"

In 4 days I received 3 unsolicited communications from this company.
Day 1 a letter offering their services (tracked and 24 hour post), Day 2 (less than 24 hours had passed and i was cold called on my mobile, told them please cease and remove me from their details that i did not give them permission to obtain or cold call me.
Day 4. i received yet another letter from them (same letter from day 1) again tracked and 24 hours so was clearly sent day 3.

They charge 33% for their claims, and their approach feels the same as those PPI and Accident cold callers. Completely put me off considering them with their "sales approach" even after I explained they were causing me pain by doing this. No sensitivity given this is regarding my late parents estate.

Absolutely amazing company, sorted out shares for dad and mum, Once they have all the information they need to get the claim sorted it's pretty straightforward they keep in contact with you every step of the way, once the shares are sold you receive the money within a couple of weeks, can't fault this company they keep incontact with you by email and phone calls, you get a very friendly service when they contact you on the phone, would highly recommend this company 100%.

This came out of the blue. I did checks with my bank and police. It seemed Ok and tied with my memory going back 50 years. It took a few months but I got paid Christmas Eve. A real thrill to receive it. I wish my husband had lived to see as it was his idea originally to buy the shares. Many thanks.
