I purchased two springs for our garage door, because one of the springs has broken. The price compared very well with some prices we had been quoted. The website was very easy to use and helped me to find exactly the right parts. The two springs arrived a few days later, carefully packaged. An excellent service. I would highly recommend.

"Replacement Cardale lock"

The lock is fine although I did notice the difference in weight when compared to my old original Cardale lock which has lasted 30 plus years. I had to use the old screws to get a tight fit for the lock. No screw provided for fixing the door wire mechanism which was odd but I managed to use the existing screw. Time will tell on durability of the lock but I would recommend this one from a price point as its a third of the price of the genuine Cardale lock.

"Garage so old didn't know the make"

Garage so old didn't know the make - saw a lock identical to existing - spoke to Abi at WS, asked for a photograph of lock then confirm it was the right lock, ordered, delivered next day - now fitted and garage door now secured. Excellent service.
