James offered 2 solutions to my problem with an old Henderson Sprite where the remote opener had ceased to work on their chat line - a replacement garage opener hand set - the relatively cheap option if it was the handset that had given up rather than the circuit board and a more expensive pair of garage openers and a radio remote passing switch if it turned out be the circuit board. I purchased the replacement opener which did not solve the problem - it was the circuit board that had packed up and returned the opener under the companies 14 day return policy and bought the radio remote passing switch. James helped with detailed fitting instructions far superior than those that came with the remote passing switch and it is now installed and working well, saving about £400 over purchasing a new operating mechanism. Wonderful service.
