"Kingdom scooters don’t waste your money"
recently rented a scooter while at Disney. Customer number 620551.
The first day 11/10 of use was at Epcot. As we were at Italy the scooter died. We were assured that morning that it had battery time of 13 hrs.
I called the number on the tag and spoke with someone who said we needed to get the scooter to the front entrance! And that I’d be refunded my total amount which was 3 days of rental. Obviously we rented the scooter for mobility issues. My husband is having hip surgery next week on Wednesday. The man I spoke to wanted him to push this scooter????
He cannot walk well at this time. There were 3 of us ladies in our 60’s that had to push the scooter through mobs of people in 85 degree heat, in addition it kept stopping and wouldn’t move unless we pressed the clear bubble. It took us at least an hour or better. I have mobility issues as does the other lady I was with. I was unable to get on any of the rides that prepaid lightning prices because we wasted so much time getting it to the front of Epcot and waited for their rep to show up. We lost our spot for lightning passes. All went to waste and we were crippled for day because we were bent over pushing a vehicle that didn’t move.
Whoever I spoke with that day told me he’d refund the total amount of 3 days which he didn’t put through because I had to call again the next day and spoke with Derrick, who said he’d put the credit through but only refunded 1 day. This is the worst company to deal with. Unwilling to give good customer service. The replacement scooter was not a better scooter that was also promised. If you have a disability I would not recommend dealing with these people.
It was an impossible situation that ruined our day at Epcot. We were not able to return at night because we were exhausted and unable to walk anywhere anymore. So our passes were for 3 parks and Epcot was a waste because we were given a faulty scooter.
I emailed the office more than once getting nowhere. They offer free day when we return to Florida which won’t be happening anytime soon.

Brilliant company - nothing is too much trouble for them. The scooter I hired was light enough & small enough to fit in the boot of an SUV, but very sturdy. The battery only needed re-charging twice in a 3 week period of daily use (long days).

Kingdom Strollers was amazing! Great stroller and amazing customer service. I emailed them questions and received an immediate answer. I even made an error on my pickup date. They came to get the stroller a few hours later! I cannot say enough about David at Kingdom Strollers! If you need a stroller in Orlando, book Kingdom Strollers!

5+ stars, really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, we'll be using Kingdom Strollers each time we visit Disney in the future.
We had a booking with Kingdom Strollers that we had to postpone due to illness causing cancellation of our holiday. Despite it being so close to our drop off date (the day before), they put the stroller on hold for us until we knew when we would be fit to fly.
Once we had re-booked our holiday, they got the dates changed around over a quick phone call and we were all set again. Then Hurricane Nicole hit and we had to postpone our booking again due to flight cancellations - Kingdom Strollers sorted this for us with no problem whatsoever.
Right before our re-scheduled flight, our travel agent informed us they had not secure us the resort we had booked with them as they had forgot to pass the booking through to Disney. We (again!) had to phone Kingdom Strollers to change our drop off point without any complaint their end.
Drop off was on time, the stroller was perfect, it came with a rain cover and cool bag - both of which came in really handy during our time away.
To top it all off, Disney were able to change our accommodation to be more in line with what we had actually booked despite the uselessness of our travel agent. We (again!!) phoned Kingdom Strollers to change our booking - this time to change our collection point and they were more than happy to help again.
I'm not sure how many companies would put up with so many changes to a booking in a short period of time, but Kingdom Strollers' willingness to help us really took the edge off the stress of illness of myself and my daughter, our initial cancelled holiday, our re-booking gone wrong, flight cancellations. They could not have done more for us.

We rented a stroller through Kingdom Strollers for our Disney vacation. Communication was fine, and our stroller was dropped off on time at our rental home, with all additional pieces. My only issue was that we ended up having to return home from our vacation only 2 days in due to a medical emergency, and I had initially rented the stroller for a whole week. It would have been nice to receive a refund on the days we did not use the stroller. Other than that, great service.

What a fantastic service! We hired a stroller for our 5 year old whilst in DisneyWorld and we would have been lost without it.
The stoller was dropped off on our day of arrival and they were super helpful in altering timings due to flights and were fantastic when I realised I'd booked the collection for the wrong day at the end of the holiday - rebooked the collection for later in the day at a time convenient for us

"I’ll go somewhere else next time"
Asked them to drop off on Nov. 7th @4pm. Got to the hotel and asked about the stroller around 9 and the stroller was never dropped off.
Called and left a message, my call was never returned. Call again in the morning before we went to Disney they didn’t pick up so we had to purchase ANOTHER stroller. Called them again around 8am and was told they dropped it off the day prior and wince it had been there two days we couldn’t get a full refund and I needed to call the hotel and ask them about it…no. This is your business you figure out where your stroller is that I rented but you dropped off somewhere. Needless to say, we only got 70 back of the 100 for a stroller we never used.
