Det er ulovligt, og vildt at så mange butikker gør det, og så bare siger at det er en “fejl”.

Delivery is average, only option is to send with GLS in Netherlands. Returning the items is terrible, website crashed during payment, no return label received. Costumer service emailadres is not working..

Lost packages. Order #9368. Useless explanations. 0% proactive, 100% reactive. I have had to claim the first shipment, I have had to claim the second shipment , I have had to claim the money back, and i have had to claim my shipping costs back. Results: No clothes. No money back. Lot of time wasted. Registered a complaint to the European Consumer Centre-Network. Total disaster. Do not buy in this shop. They say they refund but stil waiting for my money. For your own good, stay away from this people.

Ordered on June 14th. Still no delivery 14 days later, updated to say UPS would hopefully deliver on Monday 3rd July. This has taken way too long and would expect better/compensation of delivery fee credit back at least as it’s taking 3 weeks. Luca in customer service was very polite and helpful, his hands are tied though.
