Item was ordered 1 week ago. Label has been created but no item sent even after 1 week.

I suspect that there was no stock of this item upon ordering. Otherwise why would I take more than 1 week to ship an item?

Update: I returned the product and they gave me contradictory information via email telling me to pay for my own postage when their website clearly states that they would send me a postage paid label. They refused to refund me the postage I had to pay due to their incorrect refund guidelines.

Absolutely rubbish shopping experience.
