The appointment was confirmed in writing and the electrician, a wonderful young woman, arrived promptly. She was polite,friendly, helpful and efficient. Did a full electrical upgrade, wiring for new kitchen, multiple sockets and switches, new consumer unit, heat alarm smoke alarm extractor fan bathroom and lighting all installed and snag-fixed over the summer. All completed and certified. I also had them complete a EICR for me too. No issues. Very happy with their service. Good communication and good standard of work.

We needed 2 different pieces of work to be undertaken. The first was the repair of a faulty socket which shorted the circuit. A subsequent job was a complete EICR check of our 31 year old house.
