The entire team is highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous. This was their third visit to our home but not the last as we still have other jobs that will need doing. On this third occasion Michael attended and he has been before his workmanship has been of the highest standard. Each and every member of their team that we have come into contact with have been outstanding!!!! No mess left and the work carried is so NEAT!!!!! They arrive on time and deliver the job as promised. All questions we posed were answered promptly in a positive and quick manner. Sandra swifly arranged Andy to visit and then followed up with the quotation which was competitive. The process was clear and once we accepted the quote the dates we requested were confirmed.

Payment is accepted online by card, PayPal or bank transfer and even after I managed to make a meal out of that they quickly resolved the issue for me!

The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner by all involved and we are delighted with the results.
