Sashi the electrician carried out electrical works in my property, he did a good job on the consumer unit, however the fire alarms and the sockets were not done in the way I expected. Did not use professional tools and damaged our walls further costing us a lot of money to fix the walls. Very unhappy with sashis work, they did however send another electrician to rectify the work, and was fixed to a good standard. However I am still very unhappy as this issue should not have occurred in the first place and has also delayed works in our property. Sashi also broke our furniture as he did not bring a ladder and stood on our furniture and used my vacuum to tidy up rubble instead of a commercial vacuum. We did not receive any compensation and therefore will not be using this company again. I will be reporting them for unprofessional behaviour.

Recently, LSC carried out a visit for a gas safety certificate for one of my let property. The qualified engineer visit was ok and I had made the payment before the appointment, however, I had to chase up for the certificate a couple of times on admin side. In the end, an admin staff named Noor sorted out the issue which I was expecting initially.
