Supposed to be a live webinar, which IT WAS NOT. At the conclusion of the “talked at” 5 hour session, with no lunch or bathroom breaks (typically a part of LIVE webinars), there was no Q&A immediately following the LIVE webinar.
Contrary, it was a recorded video, given the hairstyle of the presenter, appeared to be over 10 years old, with slides dated from 2012.
Poor, deceptive marketing, which was discussed in the group text. You can do better!

"Phone customer service was great"
Phone customer service was great, the online customer support left some to be desired. I asked the online chat if there is a way to play the video at a faster speed because the speaker was talking so slowly my brain was getting lost and they said no, come to find out if you open the videos on your phone not a computer it’s a different video player and that one allows different play back speeds. Otherwise good content. Sometimes took a while for videos to load but that was probably a result of my bad internet connection although I noticed the slowest times were around 9am on multiple days.

"It won’t let me take the course"
It won’t let me take the course. I purchased it and entered in all my state licenses. It says one of them is incorrect- the license number is correct, and it can be verified in good standing online on the license verification. It will not let me continue to the course without all valid licenses. I have been communicating with the help support and still they have not solved the issue. It’s been over a week now.
