The IT Store answered the phone! I spoke to a real person, who was both polite and helpful. My work Apple Mac hard drive failed on the Thursday, I was able to take it in to them Friday afternoon, it was fixed Saturday and I picked it up on Monday, such a relief to find a local company that not only were there at the other end of a phone in my time of need, but responded so quickly meaning I only lost a few days of being able to work. Well done The IT Store in Canterbury!

"Data transferred except for Whatsapp"
Requested that data was transferred from an old iPhone to replacement..all done successfully apart from inability to transfer my whatsapp account that seemed to baffle the two employees. Later that day my husband managed to do it by ‘sharing devices’ something the IT staff should have known!

I had a nerve wracking experience over a scam, which started with a new printer installation. After my bank told me to change my password, I went to the IT store for help as previously I had always found them to be incredibly helpful. This time was even better; Ollie was reassuring, calm and professional. He cleaned my computer and got rid of programs which had been installed without my knowledge. He installed the printer correctly and checked all my systems. He was very supportive and non judgmental throughout. Truly 10 star experience- thank you Ollie!!

New battery for MacBook Air. Very quick 1 hr fix at a very reasonable price. Also took in at the same time, my wife’s Mac Book with a sticky space key, cleared the problem no charge. Great service.

"scammers"
my 17-year-old daughter went in for a phone check as her phone had stopped charging, they changed the battery. realized when she came home that her phone was still not charging so went into the Apple shop to get it checked we found out that the screws had been stripped, the back interior screen had been swapped for a cheap one, cable connecting the charger port to the battery has been cut, sealant had been stripped and swapped so phone is no longer waterproof. I HAVE PICTURE PROOF the phone was only 6 months old and had never been broken!!! phone has been left in such bad condition it is no longer fixable and only half a refund was given! staff had also lied and said they no longer had her apple battery as "it does not work after its out of the phone" which turned out to be in a box under his desk!
