Ohne nennenswerte Gründe und ohne Information wird einem das Kundenkonto gesperrt, dann ruft man dort an und erkundigt sich und muss der netten aber anscheinend nicht sehr kompetenten Telefondame die Worte aus der Nase ziehen, weil sie es nicht schafft sich klar auszudrücken. Da EMK immer überteuerte Preise hat, konnte ich nur darüber lachen und legte auf. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice. Hier zählst du nichts !!!

Ich bin schon eine Weile Kundin aber mich ärgert, dass wenn man bezahlt hat bekommt man keine Bestätigung per Mail von Zahlungseingang. Ich muss immer wieder telefonisch abklären ob Geld eingegangen ist. Seit Monaten wird man vertröstet,dass es in Bearbeitung ist, aber es endet sich nicht. Sonst insgesamt bin zufrieden.
