al een paar keer besteld en altijd is er wel iets niet voorradig.positief ze bellen je wel na een aantal dagen maar je moet geduld hebben als je iets besteld hebt.

Wat een service ! Toen ik bestelde kreeg ik meteen een telefoontje dat het iets langer zou duren dan op de website vermeld. Nog nooit meegemaakt dat je persoonlijk wordt ingelicht, zeer vriendelijk team. En katten zijn zo tevreden ... wat wil een baasje nog meer ! Ik bestel zeker nog bij Zoobio. Pluim voor de klantendienst.

I will NEVER be ordering from this joke of a company again. This was my first purchase from ZOOBIO, and my last.


I purchased two bags of food for my horses. Usually I purchase straight from the manifacturer, but ZOOBIO had a sale, so I decided to purchase from them this time. Today, my horses have run out of food, and my order STILL hasn't arrived…..


I've been in contact with them via e-mail, and the only positive thing I can say there is that at least they are pro-active in telling you your order has been delayed. But they do not come with any satisfying solutions.


They told me that the food I ordered is not in stock. Even though, when I purchased it, their website said it IS in stock, and that it would be delivered within 1-2 days. Their website is STILL claiming the product is in stock. Today, I received an advertisement from them, trying to compell me to buy the very same food I've already bought, claiming again that it IS in stock and will be delivered within 1-2 days. I've ordered a week ago, and still nothing has arrived…… By the way, I contacted them about this asking for an eplanation, and suddenly, 10 mins later, their website DID state the product is out of stock... Right.


I've asked them to send me at least one bag of food, and the second one later when it would be in stock. This was only possible, if I would cover extra sending fees. Which is ridiculous, so no, I'm not going to pay to resolve YOUR issues.

Now, they will send me one bag of food, and the other will be cancelled. This is the only solution they could come up with without me having to pay extra, or waiting for another week(s).
They said they send me my product last wednesday. It's Friday now. And according to the tracking data I've got, it's not close to being delivered yet. So I guess their 1-2 delivery days is complete BS as well.


TLDR: Don't order from these liars.

Schitterende webshop waar je echt alles kan vinden voor de huisdieren.
Het aanbod is bijna oneindig en soms weet ik echt niet wat te kiezen.
Al verschillende bestellingen gedaan en tot op heden werd alles perfect (en voor een mooie prijs) geleverd.
éénmaal een verkeerde halsband gekocht en deze zonder probleem mogen inruilen.
