I had a Chase managed card that is now a Wirecard. I never received a replacement card when my old card expired, so now I have been paying the $2.50 fee to transfer directly into my bank account NBD. Today I have tried multiple times to log into my account with the page just refreshing, so I reset my password. After entering my temporary password I am told that they are unable to verify my access permissions. Then wait for this................
It tells me " Please contact customer service for assistance"
YOU DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE!!!!

If it was possible I would give ZERO stars! My husband has a Wirecard through the Plasma donating center he uses. His account was used fraudulently. He had be fill out the fraud paperwork and they said it would take up to 45 days to get an answer. Well its been 45 days and no communication. I call today and was told that their fraud departments investigation said no. I asked to speak to them and was told they dont take calls. I need to wait on a letter then dispute it. A supervisor wouldn't help me and refused to get me someone higher. I asked 6 times and then she hung up on me. Wirecard is a freaking joke.

"I received a WireCard debit card from AT&T/DirecTV"
I received a WireCard debit card from AT&T rather than the check I requested for a DirecTV refund. When I try to register my WireCard online I get an error saying to call Customer Service. Called Customer Service and their only solution is to clear my browser history. I have now tried 4 different browsers, all with the same result. Only solution is to wait another 10 days (already waited 2 months with AT&T) to have them send me a check in the mail!
Great solution AT&T - you get around refunding my money by sending me something I cannot use!

"Goodyear gift card rebate"
Goodyear gift card rebate. TLDR; call 866-326-8689 to activate.
Like many others, I had issues activating my prepaid gift card.
Issue #1: The traditional method of calling in does not work. The automated contact center service line ran me in circles as I unsuccessfully tried several times to use the zip code the rebate was sent to. There is no option to speak to a live agent. PS. there is also no option for Mandarin speakers and one of Wirecard's value props is to "attract Chinese customers"...
Issue #2: The link on the card gives you 3 options. "Register your card" does not work because you need to... activate it first! "View your balance" does not work either. "Have a payment code? Click here to activate your payment" the word "activate" sounds promising, but does not deliver.
Here is where I start to get frustrated.
Issue #3: Logical next step is to look online for other customer service numbers (btw - the UI of the website is beautiful. I'm assuming to attract investors and prospective clients, but once you go behind the scenes I get a sense they do not care as much about the customer experience). I could not locate customer service from the homepage, however found a "Support" page. This page is tailored to the companies who are actually using Wirecard's service, not for the indirect consumers who receive the issued gift card. Good ol' Google came to the rescue and I was finally able to find the correct number and had my card activated within a minute.
Granted, I am having a bad day and wanted to #treatyoself to an entire barrel of wine, but couldn't do so because my card wouldn't activate so here I am sounding like one of those people who starts fights with strangers on Instagram.
Wirecard executives, you have respectfully won the business of reputable enterprise customers and are deprecating their brand sentiment. Please take the time to fix your call center and make your website user friendly for your indirect customers instead of having your poor customer service representative reply to all 335 complaints online. Thank you for listening and end rant.

I am trying to activate a new issued Rebate Rewards Card from Goodyear Tire after I bought 1600.00 worth of tires and got this amazing 60.00 rebate care. I have Called the 1-800-225-1115 listed on the front the card to activate the card it walks me through I enter the 16 Digit Number on the Card then I am disconnected. I have went to the Wirecard website online and it says it does not recognize the card. When I call customer service it hangs up. awful ! I am contacting Goodyear to let them know about their awful partner in wirecard.. making Goodyear look really bad !

Worst card ever!!! They charge maintenance fees before the expiration of the card. I’ll be calling to complain w DirectTv who issued this card!

If I could give zero stars I would. October 17th my card was cutoff due to fraud. I was 3000 miles away home on Vacation. Okay fine, someone tried to access my card, so they cut it off. No contact, no questions, just cut it off. This is where the out and out lies start. They cut it off so there is no way for me to transfer my funds to my personal bank account. They say they issue me a new card. It will be at my residence in 3 to 5 days. I get home from Vacation and no card. This is the 25th. I call and someone actually tells me that the agent I talked to was incorrect and that it takes 5 to 6 business days not 3 to 5. Please wait until the 28th that is when your card will be there. That is 11 days after I called initially. The 28th comes. My payroll has been loaded. I have no access to it. I call again. Someone tells me we are so sorry. We just ask you to wait for your card. I ask to speak to a supervisor. She apologizes and says I was basically lied to and that my card should have arrived by the Friday after I first called. She is going to Express mail the card. It will take 2 days. She asked me to call the next day for the tracking number. I do that and was given a tracking number that doesn't exist. I called UPS, which is the carrier they say they used. UPS tells they dont knowwho gave me that number ,but it is valid. It is 18 characters and their's are always 25. In fact most tracking numbers for any carriers are 25. I call wirecard back. Talk to another supervisor. She apologizes again. I have now been without my paycheck and the funds that were already on it for 12 days. She tells me herself that the agent gave me a fake tracking number. They will overnight a card. That brings me to today. UPS indeed delievers a card. I call to activate it. Nope! They are disabled that card another is on the way. Will be here in 2 to 3 days. I am this close to reporting these people to every agency that will listen. I have reported them to my HR department as well. If I dont have a useable card here by 10 am tomorrow, I am going to report them to every government agency that I can. This is not only bad business practice, it has to criminal to withhold peoples hard earned money from them. Then lie about it multiple times.

Awful customer service. Can never get a live person or find an 900 number. So sorry my job uses them for our payroll.
