I think it is a shame to have to pay a transaction fee on top of what you are already paying for. You are out of funds faster and you don't get your whole amount to spend after being credited for donating plasma. Some of us need that little extra each week to make ends meet. Wirecard is wrong for charging people to use the card.

I get an email asking to confirm my account with wirecard which I did. Still havent heard a thing back from the thieves.

I recently ordered an item online, but I did not get the order. I requested a refund, but before the refund, I had funds in my account after I made two withdrawals of $402.00 on both transactions. I should have had $45.01 in my account plus the $40.60 that was credited to my account and the $54.63 that shows it being withdrawn instead of deposited to my account which means the fault lies on your end not the merchants. I have the email stating the funds have been refunded on there end. I will wait 5-7 business days if this is not resolved I will be talking to higher ups until this matter is resolved.

"Everything so far has been okay"

Everything so far has been okay, however when I went to transfer 65.00 it said it would be 2-3 business days before it went to my account and it’s been around 4 and hasn’t transferred yet. Online it says it did but on my bank account it’s not saying anything. I could really use that money right about now

"Expired a day early"

I had a card that had an expiration date of 9/19 and when I tried to use it before the deadline, it was blocked. Now I'm not having any luck contacting them to get that remedied. They appear to be trying to steal my rebate.

Waiting on my refunds!! Any other reloadable card I’ve ever had usually updates overnight but not this one! Yesterday I got a refund from crocs-still my account isn’t credited for it. AT&T had placed a hold on my card for my new iPhone, they didn’t have the color I want so the whole order was canceled, they released the hold on their end but yet my card still shows minus 105.00! I need/want my money! I’ve never had to wait this long!

Atm was out of money , =transactions fees, called number on back of card got balance , tryed the card again and got another dam fee, but i got $100 on my card.record no 6692 and 6693. Call The Wire Car customer service they seem not to give a crap.

I can’t believe that in less than 2 months of plasma donations you’ve taken over 15% of what I’ve been reimbursed with for my time. The fees and atm network you have are not legitimate. Your fee information is not correct and should be revised. How can I get charged a fee at an atm with your name on it!
