"Too much of a hassle to get a rebate from Proctor & Gamble..."

I received a Mastercard for a rebate for Proctor & Gamble purchases. I had to send in the original copy of my receipt, fill out a from with UPC's, address an envelope and attach stamp. When the card came I had to call and register it. When I used it at a restaurant they would only accept $8 out of the $10 rebate. I called about the discrepancy and I was told I could fill out another form. Never again! What a waste of time and money.....If companies want to reward customers with a rebate just send them a check or coupons!

Very poor

Boon wirecard is listed as working with Garmin pay. Following a conversation with their customer services department this seems to be 100% inaccurate. Their cards do not support Android phones only IOS phones. There is no indication of this on their website, indeed their website explicitly shows how to setup Garmin pay. All the agent could offer was to refer the matter to technical support with an unknown fix date.

"Fees Fees Fees !!!!!"

I donate at BPL and use to donate at Bio-Life. They both use wire card. I have had my current card for over a year. At Bio- life the first transaction after a donation was free, but not with BPL. I get charged 25 cents for pos fees online, I have gone to a wirecard ATM there was no fee at the ATM, but wirecard still charged me $1.50 on their end. I called Wirecard and they claimed that the fee was BPL’s doing I need to ask them. There is no way to get cash out without a fee. Even at the Grocery store where they have free cash back, wirecard will charge for using a PIN number. I have never seen such a crooked company, that takes from people donating life. What a CROCK.

"Horrible!"

I activated my card. Tried to register the card online but keep getting a message to re-enter my password. Went through this at least 5 times with different passwords but it wouldn’t take any of them. I was sure to follow the guidelines of at least 8 characters, and numbers between 0 and 9. I want to transfer the money from my the card to my savings account. When you call the number on the back of the card it doesn’t give an option to talk to a representative. It’s just an automated message loop.

"Tried to use my card at the market"

Tried to use my card at the market, declined. Tried to register it, keeps telling me my password or username is wrong, I just registered it. I activated the card and now I can't even use it. It's a refund card from Spectrum....sucky as usual. Would like to transfer to my bank account.

i tried to do a wire transfer and my card was locked due to fraud, IT WAS NOT FRAUD. It is going on 4 days now and still cannot get to my money. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! ALL I KEEP GETTING TOLD IS TO WAIT 24-48 HOURS. PLEASE UNLOCK MY CARD!

Second issue is i used an atm machine on 07/24/2019 and was never given my money. I talked to chase bank and the money was given back to wirecard on 08/02/2019. I still do not have my $600. PLEASE HELP WITH BOTH OF THESE SITUATIONS.

"This company is an out and out fraud"

This company is an out and out fraud. More than once I have received cards for refund from a third party and have never been able to use the card anywhere. 14 dollars here 9 dollars there but it adds up. I recently got fed up and called and found that they begin eating up your balance with service fees. Imagine that, service fees, it seems the only service they provide is stealing money from people, that for some reason are stuck with this BS method of getting a refund instead of just getting a check mailed to them. Is it really cheaper to put a third party into the transaction for some reason? Is it easier to have to call the 800 number and confirm receipt of the card and set a PIN number?

"So my motel that im staying at tried to…"

So my motel that im staying at tried to use my card for part of my payment. It wasnt allowed and because of it i have a hold on my money and they tell me that i cabt get it back for 8 days. Well i have to pay my motel bill by tomorrow morning or im out on tge street. Wite card rep said therr was nothing they could do. What is the use of having this card when your money cant get put back right away. Thanks now i have nowhere to stay because of your bank.

"I would give zero stars but you can't"

I would give zero stars but you can't. Customer service sucks and you can't understand them. You can never get to your money without at least 2 other unknown fees. So your balance is constantly at least $5 below what it should be. This Markus braun who owns it need to step it up and get in gear. We can not pay our bills when he is allowing this kind of behavior within his company. When we as employees have no other option to get our pay Markus can at least make it hassle free or at least minimize the amount of B.S his company creates.

"I am a wire card holder through my…"

I am a wire card holder through my employer, on this past weekend up until now i am having the worst experience. I tried to use the ATM to get some cash to pay a bill and on the screen appeared a message that says" Unable to process transaction, contact institution" I called the customer service number to see what was going on with my card and I was informed that there was restriction on my card in which I wasn't aware of, I was told to try using different ATM machines in which I did to see if I could obtain some cash to pay a bill. After trying several different ATM machines as I was told the customer service representative told me that my card was under fraud review, I ask why and was told that because I used a ATM that was out of network that I was charged $2.50 and The ATM that I used was only $.99 in which i was charged that as well causing my account to be lower that what I calculated and what was on the reciept that was giving from the machine. I called back to inform them that the same thing has happening and requested to speak to an supervisor and was told that he was going to deactivate and reactivate my account and it would be ok after a couple hours to use my card, I went to church and around 3p.m. I attempted to got to the ATM again to get cash and to my surprise I was having the same problem that I had earlier in the morning. I called again and spoke with again someone that was supposed to be a supervisor and explained that I had a bill that I had to pay and if I didnt on that day I would have to pay a late fee, after going back and forth with the supervisor for a long while I was told that the risk department was closed and I had to wait until the next day to get a response. So the next day I called and again nothing had been done and that another email was going to be sent again to the fraud department, I explained that it is their fault that my card seems to be on a fraud report due to the fact of being told to try different ATM machines. Now today 24 hours later nothing still has been done and again I will have another late fee on top of a bill that i had to pay......this is unexceptable cause I havent reported any fraud on my card and I explained that I have my card and Im am the only one who has excess to my card...... Now what am I to do seeing that I have the funds on my card and cant use them?
