Top class customer service. I made an by phone re my life assurance policy. The phone was answered very promptly (by a human!) and my query was dealt with in a very efficient and professional manner.
It's rare for me to give a positive review of a financial services company as most of my experiences have been at best barely adequate.
But in this case, the customer service experience was absolutely top class.
