After a mistake on the shipping ticket the bed color ordered showed arriving in a different color. Working w/DreamLivings we were able to come up w/a solution if it proved to be the wrong color. Once arrived--all was well but their attention to customer service for what could have been a problem was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend DreamLivings!! A+++

this isn’t a knock on customer service so much as a general purchase experience, but after my purchase, i received a purchase confirmation but no additional notification of shipping or a delay in shipping or anything of the like until i messaged the seller, and this was a month after purchase. i’d encourage buyers to be proactive with checking on orders

Placed an order in November and it ran into problems due to a manufacturer back order which was then compounded by a freight carrier error. However, Milan in their customer service department was quick to respond and went out of his way to track the order and finally get a new item back out to me as quickly as he could. There were more issues with the carrier on the second shipment but he was right along side of me and got everything resolved really quickly. Through the whole fiasco, they really strived to make it right and get things fixed ASAP. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received.

"Great Products, Great Customer Service"
I found the right size table for the nook in my house. The table was a bit pricey but was exactly what I was looking for. My only other issue is the pop-ups on the website: There are a lot of pop ups for promotions, some of which may no longer be valid or may be from third party sites. Glazia and her team at Dreamlivings.com were very quick and responsive to my inquiry about these promotions. I have not received my delivery yet but when it comes in, I'll leave an update.

It's now been 2 weeks and my item still has not shipped. Credit card charged within seconds. UPS tracking says label has only been created. Very disappointing.
