"Easy setup, but missing some troubleshooting steps "
Easy setup, much better print quality compared to my old and failing stock Prusa hotend. I would give 5 stars but the installation instructions don't give any help in case of error. My printer would not go above 40C and give me a TM error, after some digging turns out I had to factory reset my Prusa to erase the previous settings for it to work with the latest firmware.

Product arrived quick enough, but as business order, I require a invoice. Still waiting no replies difficult to ask for an invoice. Why Why is it not standard to provide an invoice and do I have to go to all this bs to get it? Very unprofessional

The quality of the parts purchased was good but the prices were too high and were also penalized by duties towards Europe. On £60 I had to fork out another £20 in duties. Proportionately China is friendlier and closer.

It works great! The OBXidion nozzle should come stock on the printer, it's that good. Now I can print at full speed.

Pathetic customer support, after being misdirected on the online shop, left carrying the cost of noxzzle order that was cancelled at least 4 hours before it wad processed.
Then you have the audacity to ask me to pay for the duties and taxes, twice( when the nozzles I want is shipped) as well as the shipping costs both ways which E3D just washes their hands from and take no responsibility for either a patently misdirection on the online shop nor, their tardiness in acting on the cancellation of an order, because the are only focused on profit and has no idea of customer support or couldn't care less as long as ng as they have their money, they just don't take responsibility for anything. I,intend to hand this over to our council to take things further as they won't as they believe they are not at fault
