I paid a total of £70.28 including postage, got one nozzle, which was a dream come true, and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. I also got a PANDA REVO to use that nozzle. And when it arrived and I set it in my brand new Bambu Lab P1S, the nozzle couldn't make anything right from the start. The nozzle only discharged a little bit of poop-like tangled filament, and after a while it stopped discharging. I had studied the precautions many times before installation and had prepared the modelling set-up so that there were no mistakes. However, your nozzle rendered even that preparation useless. I will say it again. When was the last time I felt so sad, or was I a fool to expect a great experience that lived up to the ObXidian name, when the brass nozzle that came with the PANDA REVO did the job right: ......
I am here to speak out so that my close friends and 3D printer enthusiasts around the world do not have to go through such a painful experience.

After paying for next day delivery I expected a dispatch note for the Monday after I had ordered. I received nothing, despite the website showing the ordered item in stock. EDIT :18/06/24 The customer service rep saved the experience. While they didn't keep me up to date everyday on where my products were, they did respond when I asked and moved the whole thing along. Long story short the items should have been listed as out of stock but weren't as only "part" of it was out of stock. I know have my items and am happier with the experience due to the actions of the Customer service rep.
