We ordered a large supply of my favorite coffee because it was on sale at a very attractive price. We had never bought from K-kupsforsale before. Sent the order in online late on a Friday afternoon and was amazed that it arrived at my office the following Monday morning.

"Worst service ever I have received"

Worst service ever I have received till now in my life I have been working in e-commerce since 12 years and I have never seen a company doing complete fraud Even they have emailed me that we have received our product back and you will receive your refund in 5 business days now they're playing complete mind games and not refunding my money I have all the email proof Now they're completely playing mind games and not refunding my money and I have filed a claim and they are saying the payment is on hold due to your claim but the fact is in the International payment system whenever you refund the buyer The claim of the buyer gets closed but they are taking revenge and they are showing their worst face ever to a buyer who have faithfully refunded their product back to them. I want some Justice here trust pilot or other people I want them to listen this company is worst when it comes to refund whatever misunderstanding had happened while placing the order I can repeat that as well here as I can prove their website language was completely confusing because of that the order went wrong and I wanted my money back and I have faithfully returned their product even more what they have delivered to me they have delivered 30 boxes I've returned 34 I have had extra from some other company I've returned them those with their actual 30 in order to get my money back so they could have some heart and refund my money as soon as possible but they did not do anything They did not even let me know that you have sent 4 extra coffees to us we want to return it else they have kept it and think that I do not Know what I have sent yet I've sent it on my own will so that they could faithfully refund my money but they are playing mind games since more than 2 months now and I request trust pilot and others other buyers do not buy from them or any other company who do this with buyers when it comes to refund and I'm still waiting for my money back and they are playing mine games. They can refund and close the claim but they're not doing in it revenge And keep on lying that the hold is placed on your payment because of your claim. I am about to take measures of what I have never wanted but yet I have to because I am coming across with such a fraud company I have never experienced before.

Frank thinks he is too smart and sublimnally abuses the client so they wont call it an abuse.
Worst company iv ever bought with.
Now they donot respond to my emails in weeks they never pickup calls
They never respond back to the live chat because theyv kept my money so why would they....

Price was very high and sent via FedEx Smart Post which took 11 days to arrive. Now when I look at a reorder, the price was raised to $1 per K-cup pod!
