"Very poor customer service"

Very poor customer service. Ordered a cpap machine and accessories, over £700 and no confirmation of despatch, no one answering the phone to check my order. Disgraceful way to treat customers

Product seems to have been shipped to my billing address instead of shipping address - what a fiasco!! I think I am better off sticking to Amazon/ Flipkart, or look for other vendors
