Last minute holiday that required LFT, which I thought needed to be monitored. I wasn’t able to complete the test until late in the day(7pm) Melissa was extremely helpful and offered to monitor the test from her home up to 8pm. In the end the test didn’t need to be monitored.
Excellent service, tests were completed and results returned with about 30 mins (5tests)
Would definitely recommend them, also very helpful on the phone if you need more advice or help.
