Royal Caribbean kept changing what was required in the emails sent to us so we were concerned as to what was going to happen, fortunately I contacted Medwyn, spoke to a very helpful person who explained fully all that i needed to do, I arranged the date & time, and promptly on schedule we completed our tests online, and an hour later we received our results via email, the service, speed, reliability & customer relations, were excellent, my wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring Antigen tests, all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, plus a great price compared to some of the others we heard about.

I cancelled my appointment due to change in Covid rules. It WAS NOT clear when I booked that there would be a £20 cancellation fee for a £29 pound service.
They are saying this is standard across the industry. SO it is your T&C's nobody else's.
