"Lytham is Lovely - the lodge was a great place to stay !"
We stayed for group of friends gathering to celebrate a 50th birthday in January and we couldn’t have been happier with location of accommodation.
The apartment was situated on a Main Street near to shops and bars and restaurants so we had everything within a few footsteps (even in heels)
The beds were comfy, and all accommodation was made to make them singles where they could be, the rooms were spacious and could have fit way more beds in but the owners had kept the place classy and not aimed at that market.
We found that it had everything we needed despite packing washing up liquid and things we didn’t expect to have supplied, they were already there. I know my group of friends were sad we couldn’t stay for longer and as each of us left said they would return in a flash and we should make it an an annual event! And we would not hesitate to stay at Lytham Lodge using Pillow Partners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ deservingly!

A very well refurbished hotel with friendly staff. Excellent value with TPIW vouchers but standard prices are also very reasonable.

"This was a great find!"
This was a great find! The house is clean, central to train station, close proximity to the airport, and really comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk, it has a fully functional kitchen to cook also.
The TV has Netflix, there is free WiFi. We had a really enjoyable stay.

"Awful company to deal with"
Awful company to deal with, The property we booked with was dirty, and they finally agreed to refund the £120 cleaning fee.
This was meant to have been issued 12 days ago and still hasn't been. I've been back and forth with them. Liz provided a screenshot of a refund which didn't even match my bank details. When I contacted booking.com directly they said they had, had no correspondence from Pillow Partners regarding a refund. Pillow Partners then provided a ARN number for my bank to track the refund. My bank have confirmed that there is no trace of this transaction on my account, meaning they have not issued the refund they promised or are that incompetent that they haven't issued it correctly or to the right person.
If this is not resolved today, then I will be submitting a claim to PayPal for the full £630 booking cost, as the standard of the property and the service they have provided so far has been horrendous. Would highly advise anyone to avoid using this company.

In response to Pillow Partners, Booking.com issued the refund on the 13th of January, which then took a further 5 days to clear into my bank. Pillow Partners only actually instructed Booking.com to refund the money on the 12th of January. So it is not a delay in processing or anything like that, it's the fact that Pillow Partners didn't actually tell booking.com to refund me until they could be bothered to. If you see a pillow partners property through any website I'd advise avoiding them. And based on other reviews, I'm not the only person to have issues with how clean their properties are. And you'll notice in their response not once did they acknowledge how dirty the property was or the lack of basic things.

There’s a saying “Never Judge The Book By It’s Cover. When we approached the entrance to the Airbnb we assumed it was going to be small, but when we opened the door we were greeted with a welcoming surprised, very spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Well equipped with everything needed in a home. Thank you for allowing us to rent this home away from home. Thank you again.

"Highly recommended aparment"
Finding a nice apartment to stay in Glasgow became super easy after meeting Pillow Partner. The location of the apartment was amazing. The apartment itself was super nicely equipped and decorated. When I arrived the heating was not working and they fixed inmediately. Later I have a problem with the washing machine and also they change it within the following days. I will definetiley rent back with them

The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted for a 3 day break. We had a few minor issues that were resolved really promptly so service was great.
I would use again for sure !
