Not pleased. I used to order from a company that was acquired by Action. Prices were higher, previously free shipping was really high and much slower than before.
Looking for another option.

"Checkout Process Needs to be Redesigned"

Honestly you need to work on your checkout process. There are three main glitches in the checkout process:

1) When you click on the CART, the CHECKOUT button doesn't appear unless your mouse accidentally hovers over it. It's completely invisible; I found it by mistake while trying to find where to click.
2) The customer needs to set up an account prior to checkout, but this isn't prompted early in the checkout process. Annoying as you have to go back through it.
3) There's a glitch in the cart itself when trying to change the quantity of items in your cart, like from 1 to 2. It doesn't auto update the total.
