I have been buying bags from Action Bags since they were named GT Bags and always found their products high quality and their prices good. I only ever had to call them once, and that was years ago, to ask questions about the differences between the two products I was considering, and the customer service representative was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He told me of another designer who used a particular bag, and as luck would have it, I had a pattern I had bought from that designer and was able to examine the bag in person, finding it to be exactly what I wanted. They shipped in a timely fashion, and the product I ordered is as good as ever.
