Ordered a made to measure sleeveless whippet fleece/pyjamas…. Beautifully tailored, soft warm fleece, easy to get on and off and my little 11 year old whippet loves it… hates being cold and he just loves to snuggle up. Also received a birthday discount so ordered him a second as was that impressed. Many thanks

"Raincoat isn’t waterproof"

A few months ago, I bought my dog a raincoat from here. I did a lot of research so I was hopeful it would be the right thing. Initially I got the wrong size so I had to return it for another. That was all fine – no problems. But now that it’s autumn and he’s been wearing the raincoat, I’ve realised that it isn’t waterproof. We’ve just come back from a walk in the rain and his stomach was completely soaked through despite being covered by the coat. Hopeless. I’m going to have to throw it away and buy another one (from somewhere else!) and it wasn’t cheap. Very disappointing.

"Doesn't Fit our Whippet At All"

I've given 2 stars as we measured our Whippet according to instructions and bought the appropriate size. It was too big. No problem, we could get the smaller size. My partner called Drydogs and explained - he ordered a new smaller harness over the phone and the person said to do the return online. I went online only to find that had I gone there first and asked for a 'store credit', I'd have been refunded the full harness price AND postage. I could then have used that to buy the new harness with postage. I wish the person on the phone to my partner had pointed this out because as it is I've paid for two lots of outward postage and a return postage.
***UPDATE: the smaller harness doesn't fit, either as it's way too small. 2 x outward postage and 2 x return postage later, we are no further forward***
