When you go yo website they advise the application and ID/verification process is online - this is not the case. You apply online and then still have to send in verified docs from a PO or JP. What disappoints me is that theu they are not being completely honest and in an age where a service provider needs to be transparent they are opaque.

My experience of using Click Loans has been very positive starting with a exceptionally high standard of customer service from Simon Gewargis who walked me through my options and helped me identify the best product for my needs. Simon was on hand at any time to answer my questions and help me with the myriad of documents I needed to provide to support my application.

Also, I really liked the website and ease of using the document portal to upload my documents including the identify verification software which saved me having to take copies of ID and have it verified on paper by a JP - extremely convenient.

Now that my application has been approved Click Loans have been in touch to make sure I am ok with reading the documents and clear on what the next steps are. All of the staff I have come across have been very helpful, friendly and proactive in assisting me.
