"TERRIBLE SERVICE!"
Following there response, I would like to add the drop off point was totally insecure! No ID required, no order number, in fact I was left to scour through a stack of parcels on my own! I could have taken any of them!!
I ordered a part from this company I was told it would take a few days.
I chased this up and was given a delivery date of 30/1 this was not met.I was then given another date of 2/2 which was also not met.I wasn’t told and had to chase this up on both occasions.
The parcel was finally sent out on 3/2 but I was not informed it was on its way and I was not contacted by the courier.It was only by chasing up yet again I found out it was coming that day.
Unfortunately they use the worst delivery company on the planet UPS who go out of there way not to deliver! They evidently tried to deliver? NOT!(we were in all day) and deposited it at a drop off point which they did not tell me about!!!
Although I appreciate there were supplier problems, I still feel communication should have been better and the parcel should have been delivered to my door.
All This has caused me a great deal of wasted time and inconvenience and is totally unacceptable.

Awful customer service. Really rude and unhelpful. Refusal to help or call back.
Still not had an email confirming my order is cancelled despite repeated promises.
They promise to call, email etc and never come through. Needed stuff for a concrete poor and they failed big time.

My parcel was lost in the way but I was not notified at all. After more than a week waiting for it, I contacted customer service and they sent me another one but I had to wait another week with no heating. So I was more than 10 days without heating because parcel was lost.

"Over 2 weeks delay after promised delivery date"
Placed an order for an order for an item with a deliver timescale of 1-5 working days.
The item was required urgently to fix a faulty toilet flush.
After 5 days from receiving an email confirming the order had been processed, I still had not received the item.
Contacted the company to learn that the order wasn't going to arrive for at least another 2 weeks. Apparently this was because the product had arrived damaged from their supplier, and they had to order another one ... except no-one thought about informing me about the delay.
Fortunately they agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund, but now I have to start all over again.
Very disappointing.

I was charged £5.85 for delivery only to find it had been outsourced to a company one mile from where I live. I had to return the item myself as it was incomplete, having to return three days later for a replacement. I found the holes on the new parts didn't line up and had to resort to using items from my original parts to complete the repair.
