"Put your money back in your pocket!"
I put an order in which was worth £31.69 on Sept 18th.It has never arrived.Emailed the company and asked for a refund on several occasions only to have this refused with an offer of store credit which I obviously don't want. I am out of pocket and no sign of the order. Very annoyed by the attitude of the company which brushed me off with emails about being patient because of the virus. I've shopped with Health monthly for years but this is the end. All I can say to people is 'put your money back in your pocket and shop elsewhere'

"Liars"
Ordered some vitamin tablets on the 13th of September 2020 and still haven't received them. Contacted their customer care several times and spoke John Antigua, and he blames it on the Covid.
It has been 67 days since I ordered and paid for the items, and decided to contact them again and ask for a refund. But John said that he is assured that they will arrive. Funnily, he can't provide me with a tracking number though. He must have a sixth sense, for him to be so assured!
It's all a scam!

They are pure scam. I had paid month ago and they never dispatched item. More over this week they deleted order from my account so now it look like it never existed. They do not reply on emails or answer calls. STAY AWAY!

I am still waiting my order from 19 October 2020 (over a month now). They switched off their phone lines due to too much workload. This is ridiculous. Angelika Blok

"If I could give zero stars I would."
If I could give zero stars I would. Item ordered at the end of August, despite several emails no product has arrived. Three months to get an item, even if you blame Covid, is totally unacceptable. I have asked for a refund but company has refused.
I will never trade with this company again and I would advise anyone to steer clear.

I've ordered two separate supplements from them and neither have arrived. Total value of the orders is almost £50.
If you want to throw your money away, order from these guys. If you want a product to actually be sent, shop elsewhere.

"The worst online service I ever had."
The worst online service I have ever experienced. I placed the order while I was in self isolation. In 19th October, they never deliver it.
I made a complaint one month later and so far in the end of November, the medicine has not arrived.
Luckily, it was for constipation and nothing serious.
Three months on, I still receive emails confirming dispatch. It has became a sick jock.

"No product received but charged"
The same as everyone else below me. I wish I’d read these first before ordering. I placed an order at the start of September and as we are now entering December have still yet to receive anything, other than lengthy emails (that seem automated) explaining that the virus is the reason for this delay. They have given me a credit note but are refusing to refund me even though they took the money quickly and I still have not received my product.

"Avoid - Appalling Customer Service"
I placed an order on the 5th October. I am still waiting for any of it to arrive (it is December in 2 days!). I emailed weeks ago asking where my order was only to get an automated reply days later saying that there are sorry to be sending out automated replies but that they are too busy to deal with queries individually and please not to leave negative feedback as they are having a hard time with the coronavirus! Aren't we all? The coronavirus isn't an excuse for taking someone's money when you have no ability to deliver the goods. I have just checked my order and it says some of it might arrive by the 17th December - I doubt it as the date just keeps getting pushed further and further back - and the remainder has no hope of appearing until 2021.

"Ordered in September, no delivery as yet…"
I ordered some vitamins in September and I was notified that they were dispatched at the end of September. We're now about to enter December and still no delivery.
I've sent emails asking about this but get the same reply. I understand with Covid-19 that there are delay issues but this is ridiculous. Avoid this company.
