"Seven weeks and still no goods"

Seven weeks and still no goods. Emails are automatic replies, despite them saying they are replying personally. The purchase I made was shown as in stock. This was clearly not the case. I'll never use them again and it looks like I've been ripped off. £50.42 gone. Odd thing is they send me an email asking ''how did we do''!! Deluded. See the reply I got? Same one I’ve had 8 times! Cut & paste excuse.

"not happy customer"

I put a simple order - 3 pieces of one and the same product. First I received only one with an invoice for one. So I spent several hours writing to customer support (no answer from them for about a week) and than PayPal. The second bottle arrived at least a week later, again with an invoice for one. Third bottle is still missing and I am waiting for PayPal to refund me.

"No Customer Service Or Care . I thought I would give this company…"

I thought I would give this company another chance . Ordered on 7/8/20 dispatched 23/7/20 . Still not arrived. They blame Covid yet every other company seems to get their orders out on time. They ignore any emails Enquiring where order is (is this legal) .l contacted Swansons (the company who make the vitamins) they informed me that they have also had complaints about them. This company are not interested in customer satisfaction, there is no customer service. Once they get your payment They don’t care expect to wait over 6 weeks for delivery. It’s a disgrace. Is this a legitimate company? No other company has any trouble with Royal Mail or Couriers . Blaming Covid is a low blow to these services and customers. My messages and emails are ignored until I post a review or contact PayPal. Why has each order gone this way(3 orders) when some other Reviews say prompt delivery , I have had 15 prompt deliveries from other companies since ordering from Health Monthly, so why do some customers get Such bad service. It’s not just me evident from reviews here. How you get 4 stars is beyond me. I have now found out that Health Monthly, Authentic Products and Swansons are all the same company , so they also lied to me by telling me they also had complaints about Health Monthly how can you be trusted now. I opened a PayPal Dispute because do not have the goods I ordered over six weeks ago and no answers to my communication until I opened the dispute ( order valued at almost £18)what do you expect me to do , forget about it? They also ask you as a customer to contact Royal Mail to chase up your own order? The person/ company Who are paid to send out the order is the only person(S) who can chase up Royal Mail/Couriers to see where the goods are not the customer as they didn’t post it! You are insured for loss not the customer you are sending it to. Just as I would be if I was sending the goods to you! I have just received another parcel from Fragrance Direct order placed at weekend. There are no problems with Royal Mail or Couriers this is my 16th parcel delivered since the date I ordered From Health Monthly/ Swansons . My dispute has ended and I was refunded in full. Thank you PayPal who recognised I use it daily practically and have had almost no lost parcels over 15 years. I am sad and so disappointed in this company as a therapist who has dealt with hundreds of companies over the last 20 yrs with no problems, I have had to go through this twice In 6 months (I eventually received my products first time). As I wanted to enjoy my products from this company. There are valid medical reasons people need supplements and need a reliable source. No other company I dealt with had any delivery problems due to Covid 19, thanks to the hard work if Royal Mail workers and all courier firms. Give credit where it’s due. 14th October 2020, 3 months after order they say they despatched still no order delivered. I don’t believe it ever was sent out.

"Non delivery of products"

I ordered my tablets well over two months ago. I was given three delivery dates, none of which were kept. I have had to purchase these tablets from another supplier. This is the second time this has happened to me with the same product. Very dissatisfied with the service. Still have not received the item. Will not order from this supplier again

"I ordered 7 jars of milk thistle from…"

I ordered 7 jars of milk thistle from this company in June. A month later I received 7 jars of l carnitine. I emailed them re the mistake and they took another month to agree that they would send out the correct order, which they said they did. The order has not been received. I contacted them re a refund and they said on several occasions to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. I have had no contact back from them since 19th August.

Either this organization is chaotically run, and so will probably go bankrupt, or is run on a crooked basis, in which case it will go bankrupt.

Do not trade with this company under any circumstances.

"Take your money then expect you to accept poor service"

During order there was no mention of delays, the estimated delivery date was 4-5 weeks later. Long but accepted based on current climate.

However it's now been 4 weeks since estimated that already long delivery date and when email just get an auto reply that says due to pandemic there will be delays and groverling not to leave poor reviews. It says to wait a week, which I am now well past. I have now emailed 3 times (and got same auto reply each time), tried to call use chat and still not heard from anyone, not got my items and not got my money back.

Don't take people's money if you can't send them products or able to offer them someone to talk too.

"It came after a long wait"

Complete and utter castastrophe of a company! I have now went into my 8th week of waiting for an item purchased on the 25th of July have contacted them several times and they actually had the impertinence to ask me not to leave a negative feedback as they were struggling over the Covid crisis, well I see 2 merry little reviews after me here totally positive to my own and quite a few other negative experiences down the list , so excuse me if I treat those with a good dose of suspicion. However I digress, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing online to date ! Poor responses to my queries and little to no response at that ! To sum up " I feel conned !!!"
UPDATE : I have to update the progress on this order in that Health monthly as can be seen did respond to this review and compensated me for the order and the order did arrive 2 and a half months late so I would like to amend my review to a one off bad experience.

"I still have not received my product…"

I still have not received my product which was supposed to arrive on the 1st of September. Today it is the 15th and no feedback, no product. This is very poor service
