"Very bad service"

Dont buy anything from them.. they will give you a nearby delevery date just to let you make the order then afte taking your mony they will inform you that its out of stock without returning your money and when you email them you will always get a reply from an answering machine

"Avoid like Covid"

Ordered mid July, now Mid Sept and my order never arrived. They use a lot of manipulative language in their correspondence to try convince you to not complain, and every email received was a version of the same cut and paste job which only adds to my suspicion that this is a bit of a con operation. Finally I escalated to PayPal and the seller seemed to do their best to keep moving the delivery date beyond the date for my claim to be processed. Requests for tracking info to confirm that my order had even been dispatched were ignored.

I appreciate that some companies are struggling this year, but two months seems a reasonable amount of time to have waited and their customer care leaves much to be desired.

**Edited to add, sudden positive reviews after all these negative reviews... call me a cynic, but perhaps their time would be better spent actually running a decent business rather than paying for / getting friends to post positive reviews.

Have they gone bust?
Ordered products over 2 wks ago, never heard anything since.
Reading the comments Im guessing they've collapsed.
Going to have to chase a refund through my credit card.
they wont respond to my emails and their live chat is down.
Im sick of people using Covid as an excuse. How can a live chat not operate from home??

Placed order in July, when item not received in August contacted H.M. who advised me to wait until Mid September. Nothing arrived by September 15th so emailed them 4 times and requested a refund twice, no response. Raised with PayPal Resolution Centre.

Health Monthly invited me to give a Trustpilot review, so here are the facts:

Estimated delivery by 10 Sep 2020

It is now 18th September 2020.

7 1/2 weeks after I ordered, item has still not arrived. How can any item take ELEVEN DAYS to be shipped and on top of that, another FIVE WEEKS to supposedly arrive, which it has not yet?

Complained by email to Health Monthly customer service on 16th September 2020 and was told I would get a response within 24 hours. No reply as of now.

How can anything can take so long to ship from USA to EU?
