Ordered on 23rd july told would arrive 14th of august. Spent 98 pounds. Then order delivery date changed to 14th september. Since then i have repeatedly sent over thirty emails to company asking them to change delivery address to my new home. As it has taken so long to arrive i moved house in this time. I have asked for a refund a return of product. Details of who is actually delivering the product is it DPD or Hermes. No answer to anything. Now this company have my hundred pounds and refuse to answer any of my questions. Call the banks and police indeed.

Based on my experience I believe this company is a fraudulent scam.
I paid a large sum of money for a large order and it has been months and I have received nothing.
THIS "COMPANY" IS BASED IN JERSEY NOT mainland UK.
They have no contact number or direct email on their website.
If you fill out the form asking about your items you will get an automated response fobbing you off and not receive your items.
I believe the positive reviews maybe fake.
I have extensive experience in ordering health products from all around the world, this "company" has been the only time my money has been taken and I received nothing.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY", THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE NO ITEMS. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR PERSONAL OR WHOLESALE PURCHASES.
I am in the process of making a report to the police and contacting my credit card company.
Do not make my mistake, do not use this company under any circumstance!

Further comment in response to the company's response. This "company" is wholly dishonest, they lied that they had the items in stock, they lied that the items had been dispatched, they even lied that the items had been delivered when in fact I had received nothing. They then asked that I provide them positive feedback for my experience when I had received nothing. In their previous responses they claimed COVID-19 was causing a delay, this is also a lie. I have sent items to my customers there was no delay and I have also bought multiple items from various other companies, there was no delay. After being ignored I repeatedly, I enquired about my order on their website, the company responded by blocking my IP access to prevent me from communitcating with them. They refused to give me my items and made no offer for a refund. After reaching the conclusion that they had no intention of fulfilling my order I requested a refund, they then ignored this until I placed a review on Trust Pilot.
This is literally one of the worst, most dishonest, unrelaible and in my view fraudulent companies I have ever dealt with in my whole life.
Upon examing other reviews on Trust Pilot I noted that other people have had the exactly the same experience. I am also in agreement with other users who suspect that the positive reviews on Trust Pilot are fake.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT FULFILL ORDERS AND YOU WILL SPEND MONTHS CHASING YOUR ORDER OR MONEY! IT MAYBE THAT THIS COMPANY IS ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY, AND IT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR, AS IT IS A LIMITED COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO MUCH ABOUT MONEY LOST.!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND WARN PEOPLE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

"High Strength choices"
HM has brilliant range of products, many high-strength (USA) and v competitive versus other international sites. The pricing and delivery is transparent which is brilliant and no surprises versus other sites (like iHerb - also good selection) but getting VAT + delivery added and then 2x the price as a surprise. HM best of what I have seen past 20 years of buying proper high-dose (USA - non EU!) vitamins in the UK.

Twice I ordered products from this company and twice they failed to arrive.
they kept using the covid 19 situation as the reason,the first time I thought ok,
but it happened again! The second time it took nearly two months to get a refund. I felt I couldn't buy products on a regular basis (as I had been)not knowing if they would arrive or not.

After a couple of months waiting, I kindly received a full refund and with covid-19 I'm not surprised things go missing in the post. I have changed my review due to the company willing to try to remedy my problem. Good on them.

Two orders placed in July, one of them July 9 ( total order cost £39.88), the other one July 17 ( total order cost £23.93 ) and no one has arrived in Sweden.
Order numbers are 2150645 respective 2152097.
Asked for a refund by email but Health Monthly has not answered my emails despite several reminders. Only automatic email responses. Will take more action soon. Regards Curt W Lofgren, Gavle,Sweden.
