"Not just one bad experience…"
Not just one bad experience, two. Two years ago (2020) I had a bad experience ordering from them - no tracking info, vague responses from customer service, tried to accuse me of lying saying it showed my package was delivered then changed it to “Oh, it was damaged in transit, we got it back”, they blamed the whole thing on covid. They sent a replacement, but by the time it was done it took over a month to get what I ordered. Two years have passed, their holiday scents Ad on Facebook sucked me in, and being a reasonable person, I gave it another go. Order confirmation said 5-7 day shipping. Two weeks went by, nothing. I sent an inquiry, was answered 2 days later saying those holiday scents were “basically preorder” (?!) and they weren’t shipping them until a certain date (which was a week after my order). There was ZERO verbiage or info about that when I ordered - not on their site, on the ad, nothing. Red flag. They sent me a shipping confirmation later that same day with a fedex tracking #, which came up invalid when I clicked on it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the tracking info just hadn’t updated yet. I admittedly got busy for a few days and didn’t stay on top of it, as we just moved into a new home in a new state, and I’ve got ninety-eleven things to do. I checked again yesterday and it still said the tracking # is invalid. Even my Shop tracking app had that info. I sent an email again, with screenshots of the shipping confirmation email clearly showing the FedEx tracking #, and then what I was getting when I clicked on it. Now we’re past 3 weeks since I ordered. Today I got a response that they have no idea why I had a FedEx # when my package was shipped UPS, and here’s the tracking link. The verbiage regarding this was very blasé, and a little like I was sending them the wrong info, not the other way around. Then, they say “Oh, it looks like your package was damaged and sent back. Sorry to see that! Would you like a replacement or a refund?” Again, blasé, just brushing it off like it’s no big deal. So I clicked on the link they sent for my correct tracking and see that they did in fact get my package sent back due to damage - A WEEK prior. How & why would you not contact a customer when you get their order back damaged? Not only did I have no way of knowing what was going on thanks to being given a bogus tracking #, but they’ve been sitting on my damaged in transit returned order for a week. I can’t imagine being a business -especially a well-established, household name- and not being very apologetic at that big of a muck up. Now I come here and see they do this very thing to people all the time, have been for years. When does a company just stop caring to the point they let their shipping dept and customer service be that poorly run for years? Yikes. Needless to say, I just asked for a refund and I’ve found a small business on Etsy that sells a similar product and a variety of scents, including seasonal scents (my fave), so I’m giving them a try. Adios, Poo-Pourri. Y’all need to douse your whole company/operation with your spray, because it stinks worse than the poo smell it’s made for.

ever since I saw the cow farm ad, I was hooked, never gone back to any other product for my bathrooms. I am obsessed with the giant lavender bottles... can't get enough... kids are absolutely in love with it too.

I like how it works , but I've never had a bottle when the sprayer worked through even half of the bottle. It's very discouraging!! Especially considering the cost

"Products are good, customer services needs improvement"
When I received my order, one product had leaked out as the top wasn’t screwed on properly. It took a lot of chasing with their Customer Services, they said they’d send items out to compensate but I never received them, they made further promises to send items, but each time I had to chase it up and there was always another issue with them sending the items.
This went on for months but eventually they have refunded the entire order.
This was very generous of them, but it shouldn’t have taken so long, and they should have kept their word. I shouldn’t have needed to keep chasing it.
However, the products themselves are good.

I could seriously list a million reasons why this product is so freaking fantastic but that would take up a whole lot of time...so, I just leave this; my father is the smelliest number 2 maker I literally have ever known...seriously, it's so bad...just exiting the bathroom and immediately closing the door behind, still let's out just enough sent to very offensively stain the air all the way from bathroom to back bedroom down the hallway from the bathroom and halfway into the bedroom driving out anything living desperate for clean air...AND POO~POURRI ACTUALLY 110% ELIMINATED THE ENTIRE SITUATION THE FIRST TIME MY FATHER USED THIS. The smelliest number 2 maker was in cognido for the very first time. I can't recommend this enough and is one of the few things I spread through word of mouth.

Awful awful service.. I placed an order 15 days ago, I've asked several times for information, useless replies when they do reply. they do not know when the order will ship. They can't answer where the delivery is from. I see the UK stock is different than USA.
I would not recommend this company.

The Christmas scents sample pack was the first time I ever used PooPourri. It really does work. No bad smells come from the bathroom and a nice scent is left behind. I now want to try the other scents!

10/10 would recommend the spray works fantastic and it never failed me. It is also SUPER cheap.
