I never received my product. Nor did I receive a refund.

It says I have an order. But nothing ever shipped and I don’t have the product ):

I ordered on Nov 21, and as of Dec 7, I still haven’t received my order. It was stated in my co formation email that shipping is 5-7 days. Not happy!
