Date of Sale - Excellent customer support
After Sales & Delivery - I would rate it below zero
They claim it is NO FUSS DELIVERY
It will be stated that it would be a full day delivery slot .
They would advice that the driver will call you atleast an hour before the delivery .
I had to take time off work and wait the whole day .
Unlike any other shopping experience , they would give no details about any narrower time slot or update about the delivery .
I managed to contact the sales representative who had a very indifferent attitude as compared to the day when i placed the order .
Eventually it was delivered about 5 in the evening with no warning call from the driver .
