Paul was really helpful. He gave us the support we needed to find the right sofa but also gave us the space to chat as a family (we all had different ideas about sofas and colour schemes) and look at our options. He was extremely patient! We came back 3 times before deciding on our order, and feel we had the time and information to make the right decision about our sofa purchase.
