I understand it's a business and some packages require to tour properties to get best deals out there, but when the final portion of tour exceeds time limit and the other individuals and co-workers get involve and can't accept an honest no can't afford it and brags how they do this and do that and still can't end in a timely manner is a big turn OFF. I'll NEVER fall for another deal like this at The Westgate palace especially employee name ANDRES

"SHULAR"

THE SHULAR INN WAS NICE. NOT AS NICE AS PICTURES SHOWED. THE CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND EASY THE PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY NICE. CLEANING WAS NOT SO GOOD. HAD TO CALL AND GET TOWELS ONE NIGHT AND THE FLOORS WERE STICKY. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, NOT JUST WAFFLES. AND THE POOLS WERE NICE. THE TIME WITH MY SPOUSE WAS WONDERFUL. THE TOUR WAS TWICE AS LONG AS WAS TOLD BUT WE LIKE TO TALK AND THE ONE WHO HAD US WAS REALLY NICE, KNEW JUST WHAT TO SAY.

The initial reservation was pretty easy and straight forward no problems, I however had to request an email confirmation. I do know that once you book your reservation its impossible to change it. Other than that I would recommend getawaydealz.

"It was fine"

Resort that I had was fine. It was clean but we couldn't keep the front door locked and could barely open it. Otherwise it was just fine.

"Awesome Vacation at the Atrium"

I loved the Atrium! We got there early and were able to check in 3hrs early. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The proximity to the beach and everything else was great! The rooms were clean and well appointed, would definitely stay there on my next visit to Virginia Beach! The handwritten thank-you note I received a week later was a nice touch!!

"Mis informed about shuttles"

I called three times to make sure we would have transportation to the Disney parks and was told to rest assured there were shuttles to go back and forth to the parks. BUT no one informed me that we had to schedule the shuttles at least 24-48 hours ahead of time and that the first shuttle departed at 8:40 a.m. and the last shuttle ran at 6:40 p.m. We ended up having to uber our way back and forth for 5 days, totally disappointed in service

"Great price, good service"

We had a good experience purchasing a vacation from getawaydealz. The price was great and we have received very good and courteous service. Highly recommended for all timeshare travellers.
