Very happy with the transaction and shipment to France. The site contains all the helpful information about conditions for shipping abroad. I asked a question on the chat which was quickly and accurately answered. The information during shipment was good. The product was conformed to the description, no bad surprise! I set it up on my own the first time, it took me less than an hour. I suppose it will take even less next time. Good quality, it has already undergone heavy showers and rather good wind, and I only had to tighten up the guy ropes a bit afterwards. All good for me!!!

We had a problem during the delivery process as the courier couldn’t find us and scheduled a new delivery date. On contacting Bell Tent Sussex, they sorted the delivery problem and tent was delivered as expected.
Also on putting up the tent we found a problem with stitching. This was dealt with efficiently, easing any stress and worry. Perfect from start to finish, would recommend and order from them again.
