After a failed delivery ( due to no one being home). I spoke to Chris and he was very helpful and felt he "went out if his way" to help!!
I will DEFINITELY be using this company again, as still need a few things.

These pegs are a great substantial item. I bought them because my old ‘V’ shaped stakes have come towards the end of their life. I have these style for my other tent and they haven’t given up, so it was a no brainer to get the same. Good and strong.

Amazing customer service... I ordered a 5m bell tent and unfortunately DHL had a problem with delivery which meant I would not receive the tent before the weekend. I was planning to have my daughter's 4th birthday party in the garden in the bell tent. I phoned Chris who was more than happy to meet me close by with another bell tent to replace the one that DHL could not deliver so my daughter got her garden birthday party. Would really recommend this company.

Great communication from Chris, needed a replacement part for the oven as the spot welding was faulty, within 15 minutes had it confirmed it was on order & will be delivered in the next two weeks. Nice to speak on a one to one basis in this day & age. Tent etc when it arrived was fantastic.
