El problema fue que me hicieron el cargo inicial de 207 euros seis veces seguidas, haciendo que mi cuenta se sobregirara, lo cual fue muy estresante y preocupante, ademas, tuve que esperar hasta que dieran las 12 am en mi país para poderme comunicarme con alguien, estaría muy bien si implementaran un servicio al cliente 24/7 debido a la comunidad internacional a la que atienden, sin embargo, Cristian del chat online siempre fue muy atento y paciente, respondía mis dudas y se notaba que se interesaba en el proceso

Even though bookings fluctuated a lot throughout due to other clients booking rooms, the representatives were with me the whole way to make things run smoothly. Even though there was a time difference between us, they still responded quickly and helped any way possible.

Aunque esta muy bien reservar a través de ellos si que es cierto que se realiza un trabajo y se deben resolver muchos detalles sin importancia relevante.
Sin contar que a la hora de todo el trabajo que invierten puede ser fútil, en caso de que los caseros no acepten las solicitudes siendo por el contrario muy óptima su labor cuando el casero acepta la solicitud.
Prontitud y resolución de dudas muy adecuadas!!
