Yesterday, I had my front tyre blow out on the M3. After being rescued by the police (as there was no hard shoulder), I googled a local mobile tyre fitter, and how lucky I was to find this company!! Customer service was amazing, incredibly helpful and they arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. Really friendly team who changed my tyre, roadside in a matter of minutes to get me back on my way.
5 star service and couldn’t recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

£470 to change a tyer con! Now I accept that you're not going to get someone to come to you in the middle of a nature reserve to change a tyer for a knock down price. So to be clear it's this companies practice I take issue with. To start with I was told £375 then by the end of the conversation that had magically increased to £470 without clear explanation. Then I was informed that part of the price involved a priority call out with response with in two hours, and here is where the sinanigans begin. To be fair to the guy who came out he made it in 2 hours 40 and was more than happy with the service he provided. But when I said about the priority response he told me that Mobile Tyer fitters.com had not said anything about priority response. He went on to say they never do. When I asked for an itemised bill to see how that was broken down all I got back was was a bill for £396 +Vat with no itemised billing for the call out charge. When I challenged that i had paid for something i hadn't recived I was given a string of excuses "Hi Morning! Let me check the response time. It was completed as soon as possible. The area you are in is a little far away and the van had to drive for a couple of hours to get there." On pointing out that I was told under two hours which is what I had paid for, I just got "Let me ask the team to call you" that was the 1st of June and still no call. This to my mind is nothing short of fraud, they claim to offer a service they clearly have no intention of honouring. If it is met 'like it nearly was in my case' then that is by luck and not intention. The whole thing seems to be a scam in my opinion. They are a third party broker, just look up the nearest emergency fitter to your area and call them. After all that's all Mobiletyrefiter.co.uk will do. I'd love to tell you how much you could save doing it that way but I have still yet to receive a proper break down of what I paid for. The service I got from the company they sent Pure Tyers.co in Norwich was fantastic 👌. However mobiletyrefiter.co.uk seem to be running a bit of a scam here. Further to their reply below what they fail to admit was that I was miss sold a service I didn't receive and have still yet to receive a properly itemised invoice.

On holiday. We had a puncture. I rang this company for a quote to get a new tyre. They quoted me £478 to supply and fit one tyre. ONE TYRE! If I could give zero on the star scale I would. Avoid like the plague.

Amazing service from initial phone contact to being kept up to date and arrival of tyre fitter within the time stated(even a lesson of how to use WhatsApp) can’t rate them high enough. Given tyre and price options which were more than reasonable for the situation I was in. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Many thanks

Excellent Service.A very stressful morning after hitting a pot hole and needing a second tyre replaced in two weeks due to the same issue pot holes.The gentleman who answered the phone extremely helpful and curteous.Arranged mobile replacement tyre.All work completed in scheduled time.Contact was kept throughout updating availability of the tyre and the fitter coming out.Definitely would recommend.
