"Conned out of £400 with a 4 hour wait"

Charged me £280 for the service, turned up with the wrong tyre and wanted to charge me an extra £120 to go get a new tyre. Wheel was already off and car was on a jack, so what choice did I have? I am a woman, was left alone stuck on the side of the A1. 4 hours later I had a new tyre. Asked for a receipt so I can check what the costs even were, and they send me emails without an invoice attached. The whole thing has been a battle.

Also don’t know if anyone has noticed that their website is spelt differently from their logo, but the logo they email with is also spelt the same as the website (fiter, not fitter). I wish I’d have looked more closely before calling them as it was all very dodgy. 4 hours and £400 later for a single tyre.

Edit: I now have an invoice and it absolutely doesn’t make sense! But cannot be bothered to query with them as they’ve been unclear about a lot so far.

Had a puncture from yet another pothole. Came out to me in the middle of no where within an 1 - 1 1/2 and got the job done!

Friendly staff who makes sure the engineer gets to you within a decent amount of time.

Will be using again.

Mike on the desk helped with sorting my phone to send exact location, photos and the company continued to send updates. I was on the road again within 1 1/2 hours.

Very pleased with response and fitter as I only contacted them at 11am today and new tyre fitted at 1:45! Fitter very efficient and polite! Looks like I hit a pot hole as edge of tyre ripped!
