Hi, really disappointed that I had to buy this part on line, I was actually at your site at Bowburn, Co Durham and was told by phone that I could not buy the part over the counter in fact, I could not even speak to a person face to face it had to be done over the phone, I am a 71 year old and was not brought up in the age of mobile phones, computers and the internet etc and have no interest in them at all, so to be told on the phone that I would have to get someone to order a part for my garage door on the internet and that was an absolute disgrace, when I was actually on Henderson’s Doors Site.
What’s the world coming to these days.

Really disappointed with your service, yes I managed to get my daughter to order me one and yes the part arrived a few days later meaning I could not lock my garage door for a couple of days.
