Called to explain a blocked pipe in my dishwasher. Charged me 144 with an assurance that they would pretty much certainly cover clearing the blockage. Man came, looked at the washing machine, said pipe was blocked and that he had to call the office. Off he went, office called, said pipe clearance needed a wet vac at an additional cost of 395! So nearly 550 to unblock a pipe!
When I declined, the man came back and offered to do it for less, for cash!
If you’re dumb enough to use these jokers, make sure to clarify the terms and small print, they’re very adept at manipulating what they say
